Sir,

I am shocked to receive another email of award and compensation claiming to be genuine referring honorable Supreme Court of India, Reserve Bank of India and the British High Commission. I received this email letter on 30 December 2014. Similar prize letter was sent to me which I have raised with the Reserve Bank of India Complaint Number- Application No: 201412000273 dated 27-12-2014.

I, therefore appeal you to order the strongest action against the guilty.

Central govt. intervention must in states affairs

Subject:-Regarding active role of central government in grievances in state.

Sir,

Many grievances against officials of state are turned down by the central govt. simply terming it a state affair whereas grievance holders approach central govt. after blatant insensitivity by state officials. Being the center of the judiciary, Supreme Court, hears the complainants from any part of the country then why the head of the nation, central govt., turns a deaf ear under the pretext jurisdiction. Sometimes we feel to be in Taliban out of such scenario. I appeal you to revisit provisions.

Subject:-Regarding govt. job and compulsory scientific investigation for court cases of  SC/Mahadalit.

Sir,

The real sympathizers of scheduled castes are those who provide govt. job and trial of their court cases without human witnesses. The offer of toilet, house, clothes and food etc. are not going to change their social status fundamentally. Special court, speedy trial and SIT would not get them justice for meaning. They need govt. job according to their eligibility so that they may buy and do everything with other class of the society. They need trial of court cases based on compulsory scientific investigation without human witnesses as even a single word matters in trial of court cases which Scheduled castes can’t speak for ages. All the offers so far to SC/Mahadalit are not more than a lollypop.

I, therefore, appeal you to provide govt. jobs to SC/Mahadalit and compulsory scientific investigation and court cases trial without human witnesses for SC/Mahadalit and really uplift the condition.

Gang-Rapist bobbitizing

Subject:-Regarding a law to bobbitize or sterilize gang-rapist

Sir,

Nothing is as worst as gang-rape in the society. The rape, its nature and reasons can be debated but gang-rape can’t be debated. There needs a law to provide ad hoc job to gang-rape victim and ensure bobbitizing or sterilization of gang-rapist compulsorily under fast-track court. Delay to make such law is of course a democratic-parliamentary abuse to woman on daily basis. I, therefore, appeal you to order the making of such law at the earliest, if need be, make me a scapegoat for this law.

I have been sent one email by rbiclaimdesk@gmail.com on 24 December 2014 claiming that I have won huge amount of money for which I need to furnish certain details mentioned in the email.

I, therefore, appeal you to order the institution of FIR against the sender under various sections of the laws and prevent further sending of such emails and please forward me a copy of FIR.

Please ensure all BJP-Ruled states follow at least your, the central government, vision and policy for the speedy development of the nation. However, the CMs of different BJP-Ruled states must be given freedom to have their own vision and policy apart from yours if much better because we can’t rule out better vision & ideas. The step would strengthen the BJP uniformly and sideline unwanted differences among party men. The voters must feel the BJP same in various states as they feel BJP in center.

Sir,

Outgoing governments/authorities engage in clearing pending files and decisions in haste. The files & decisions are cleared to benefit their post-expiry period. This is done as the govts./authorities feel that they are less likely to be prosecuted or likely to die before heavy hands of laws pounce them. So I appeal you to order compulsory publication/display of all the decisions taken within 3 or 6 months of expiry of govt./authorities or ensure proportionate disposal considering the whole year.
