Subject:-Regarding a law to bobbitize or sterilize
gang-rapist
Sir,
Nothing is as worst as gang-rape in the society. The rape,
its nature and reasons can be debated but gang-rape can’t be debated. There
needs a law to provide ad hoc job to gang-rape victim and ensure bobbitizing or
sterilization of gang-rapist compulsorily under fast-track court. Delay to make
such law is of course a democratic-parliamentary abuse to woman on daily basis.
I, therefore, appeal you to order the making of such law at the earliest, if
need be, make me a scapegoat for this law.
