If the hospitals and ambulance come anyway under the purview and jurisdiction of the central government, agency & organization, kindly order immediate actions against the hospitals based on the clip.

I attach the militant activities of the private hospitals and ambulance operating state capital of Bihar without any accountability published in Daily Hindi Hindustan dated 9-3-15.
