The record shows that casualties due to domestic power supply electrocution are very alarming in comparison to other countries supplying 110 volt domestic power. If the domestic power supply of 220 volt is transformed into 110 volt, there shall be drastic decline in domestic power supply electrocution. Moreover, the energy shall also be saved and utilized for extensive purposes across the country. The move shall be a tribute to those killed due to electrocution.

There is no freedom to any state in India to freewheel in any matter be it law and order, finance and recruitment but UP government appears to be crossing all the moral and constitutional limits especially in terms of recruitment by offering job to selective and home community. The UP government pretends to be appearing smarter than the provisions of the rich constitution by premeditating, manipulating and influencing the fair recruitment process. The UP government is maliciously increasing the number of administrative personnel of home community to predictably highjack the state administration during adverse political scenario similar to the pattern of minority community increasing population ignoring the national resources and interest to overpower the province and administration to establish their rule wherever and whatever way possible.

I, therefore, appeal you to order CBI inquiry into home community recruitment scam in UP involving both the failed candidate in various employment examinations and public and also retesting the recruited as done in Bihar (post recruitment eligibility test) and save the Uttar Pradesh, part of India against inevitable anarchism.

Subject:-Regarding measures to stop oil delivery theft at almost all petrol stations

Sir,

I am writing you because I know that only you are born to bring fundamental change against usual loot and corruption. The concerned minister is from my home turf but I know where and when he is interested.

I have complained against a petrol station in Patna and pursued the complaint forcing the owner of the petrol station to pay me the compensation of rupees two thousand yet the same petrol station is committing the same by short delivering the petrol. This petrol station is not exception in Patna there are many other petrol station in Patna that indulges in theft of petrol while delivery of petrol. If the rule is rife to cancel the license of petrol station on spot, many of the licenses of petrol stations shall stand cancelled after very simple trap to detect short-delivery of petrol by the petrol stations.

My grievance to you is to order the petrol company to install a transparent bottle or jar of one liter to five or ten liter atop the petrol delivery machine which stores the petrol visibly and shows the measurement to the customers followed by direct intake into the vehicle.

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure the transparent method to prevent the short-delivery of petrol.

Although I am never offered any bicycle or jogging suit by Zoo authority, I am extremely happy to be of any use for the betterment of the Zoo, be it raising the height of urinals walls inside zoo, restoring the functionality of CCTV in Zoo or saving gasping tree inside Zoo.

Today I happened to look at one gasping tree waiting for any kind of help. I am also surprised to learn and experience that huge number of staffs around the Zoo fail to take care of the tree needing instant assistance.

The tree is half-fallen beside urinal number-2 and water point number-2 waiting for care to enjoy a new lease of life.

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure the sincerity of the staffs in Zoo and order the launch of operation to save the gasping tree.

Sir,

The Director, Patna Zoo appears to be unsound or preoccupied with unassigned responsibility resulting in so many lapses in Zoo inviting the wrath of the Member secretary Dr. D.N Singh, Central Zoological Tribunal, New Delhi to warn the suspension of the license of Patna Zoo for multiple lapses without further warning.

The action of the Member secretary Dr. D.N Singh, Central Zoological Tribunal, New Delhi came soon after ten days of my alert to the Director, Patna Zoo on his emails on 09 April 2016 about the trespassing of joggers into zoological zone of Patna Zoo.

The apathy of the Patna Zoo Director is stereotypical of ignoring the advice and complaint regarding the maintenance of the Zoo.

THE DIRECTOR HAS ALSO IGNORED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT A DYING TREE IN ZOO ON THE EMAIL OF PATNA ZOO, ALSO FORWARDED TO THE DIRECTOR, ZOO BY THE SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF FOREST, GOVERONMENT OF BIHAR VIA WHATSAPP, THE CHIEF MINISTER, BIHAR ALSO FORWARDED THE COMPLAINT TO THE SECRETARY, ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTRY, BIHAR (ATTACHED). I ALSO REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT WITH THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE, INDIA VIDE COMPLAINT NUMBER- MOEAF/E/2016/00245 which handed over the matter to the Member secretary Dr. D.N Singh, Central Zoological Tribunal, New Delhi. (Attached)

The toy train in Zoo is also not functional which I apprised the honorable Chief Minister, Bihar vide-99999-1004160110, the D.M, Patna vide emails-dm-patna.bih@nic.in & dmpatna@gmail.com and the honorable Railway Minister, India vide- MORLY/E/2016/08139 dated 10-4-2016 but all this fell on the deaf ears of the Director Zoo, Patna.

The Director, Zoo, Patna is all out to convert the Patna Zoo into a human habitat as he is also sanctioned the huge concrete construction inside the Zoo.

The Chief Minister Office is available on Whatsapp for easy and speedy communication but the Whatsapp of the Director, Patna Zoo is defunct which is evident of his apathy.

I, therefore, appeal you to remove him from the Zoo and transfer him into some construction department where he is supposed to perform better for human habitat as his work record shows in Zoo.

Honorable Sirs,
Patna High Court appears to be honorable as there is total ban on encroachment, road jam, dustbin, noise etc around it but Patna Civil Court no way seems to be honorable as there is dustbin, encroachment, blatant and challenging routine road jam on way to court. The routine blatant and challenging road jam spares only some honorable judges of Patna Civil Court and jail inmates to some extent as there is exclusive entry for them but thousand of needy hang in routine blatant and challenging jam caused by St. Joseph Convent School close to Patna Civil Court resulting in cancellation of bail, delayed appearance in court inviting wrath of honorable judges, loosing points (position) in their cases in court and many more.
The authorities are helpless to take any action against the school for creating traffic mess on way to Patna Civil Court.
I, therefore, appeal you to order an inquiry into the complaint by those officers whose kin and kith are not the inmate of the said school. If need, please import honest and dutiful authorities from other states to free honorable court of such blatant and challenging routine jam by transport ferrying school children or find some alternatives. I also appeal you to nail the authority for allowing such traffic mess under frivolous pretext for considerable period.

The people have become negatively immuned against laws, humanity, morality and sociality. The people are committing multiple crimes broad day light. Such can be routinely seen at public and crowded places. People do report the incident to the police instantly but suffer skilled harassment by police for being so law-abiding and alert. The people report the police some gruesome incident that last only few minutes leaving no or little proof or evidence for police to act on information thus the informer succumb to hounding and harassment by police.

Dial 100 video call on the pattern of existing voice call Dial 100 of police would help the police act time-bound and successfully. The launch of such number would dramatically minimize the brazen crime as establishments, onlookers and passersby also try to stop the crime fearing their interrogation in future. When people become witness of some gruesome incident and reserve themselves, the same would expose the dark-side of the people (innocent common man) assigning job and responsibility of all public, government and police thus saving the government and police from national/international humiliation. Dial 100 video call to police would show desired result as the major chunk of people are using multimedia-3G phone.

This would also control the most complicated land-issue where construction is done with the generosity of dishonest police officers leading to grade-C to grade-A crime by strongman and wealthy people yet the police keep using the phrase LAND-DISPUTE despite the intervention of even the head of the states and the nation.

People always want to be law abiding but frustration by ever manipulated investigation and judicial process force them to choose law-breaking path pushing the country backward in proportion to the age of an independent country. The tempo of transformation not development in our country shows that we shall take millennium of years to match the tempo of development in developed and coveted countries. The data shows that mushrooming of law breaking elements is much higher in proportion to the increase in law-abiding people. If this continues unabated, we shall be extinct in civilized world.

I am one of the countrymen and it is my and any individual’s responsibility to seek the means and ways on time to free the country from ailing, inefficient and rotting institution/mind endangering our country.

I, therefore, appeal you to immediately introduce a bill necessitating the scientific investigation (Narco Test, Lie Detecting Test, Brain-Mapping Test) and sterilize the judicial process.
