To,
The Honorable Chief Minister, Bihar
The Honorable Prime Minister, Hindustan
The Director, Central Bureau of Investigation, India
The Honorable Minister, MHA, Government of India
The Honorable Minister, Environment, Forest and Climate Change,
India
Date:-18 August 2017
Subject:-Regarding CBI inquiry into illegal sand mining in Bihar
violating National Green Tribunal direction apprehending inevitable national
disaster and loot of public money.
Sirs,
The illegal sand mining under investigation in Bihar is yet to be
calculated in loss of public money and environmental assets for financial misappropriation
and gains as it is spread across Bihar greasing the palms of all and sundry.
The illegal sand mining is not a state affair as it is judicially and strictly monitored
by NGT. The Investigation Officers of illegal sand mining in Bihar is typically
and tactically under pressure to forgo the fair investigation. The example of
such allegation is in the sound knowledge of the government and public (attached)
I, therefore, appeal you to realize the fact of manipulation of
investigation and order CBI inquiry in the larger interest of public and environment.
REGARDS
