direction to stop production and sale of songs in Bihar named after a female

Sir,
A victim knows better how embarrassing
he or she feels after listening to songs especially Bhojpuri and vulgar songs and
being informed about playing of such songs named after a female and honorable.
It may be happening unintentionally, illiterately or due to absence of
guidelines but keep hurting the feminism and dignity of the victims of songs
named after her/him.
I, therefore, appeal you to
ensure the ban on production and playing of such songs in Bihar instantly followed
by seizure of available audio/video materials of such songs in the market and
stocks.
