High Court bench in north Bihar

To,
The Honorable Chief Minister, Bihar
Date:-15 August 2013

Subject:-Regarding the creation of High Court Bench in Darbhanga, Bihar
Sir,
I am compelled to state that the people from north Bihar are not getting higher justice normally. The justice from High Court is a dream comes true for them as they are very far and cut off from the Patna High Court. Most of the justice seekers from north Bihar are penniless and helpless to approach Patna High Court for justice as a result the justice is denied to them. It has always been the endeavor and commitment of our government to provide development with justice to the last person of the state. In existing judicial scenario in Bihar, it can easily be noticed that at least, the people from Bihar need a High Court Bench in Darbhanga or neighboring districts.
I, therefore, appeal you to justify this demand as part of your commitment and order speedy work.

CCTV in all police stations

To,
The Chief Ministers, Bihar
The Prime Minister, India

Date:-21 April 2013
Subject:-CCTV in all police stations to stop humiliation to WOMEN, human being, society, governments and nation across the world.

Sirs,
We always wake up when kicked by media or report telling us that something heinous has happened but the great leader of the country claiming to be economic guru, development guru, management guru and secularism guru do not wish to express the reality and understanding that women and weaker section of the society is equally important for contributing and maintaining nature facilitating our normal existence.

We are so obsessed with politics and mileage that we are unable to protect even ourselves (VVIPs) against goondaiesm and man-made social and legal disaster originating from the police stations.

The police stations are the dispensers where the thought, vision, emotion, humanity, policies and theme of the nation is expected to be translated into practicality but the whole nation admits that thought, vision, emotion, humanity, policies and theme of the nation are on sale and purchase at a shockingly cheaper benefits.

We should never ever entrust the police stations to make the dreams of great scholar, thinker, policy-maker and intellectuals a reality. It is very necessary to rethink the responsibility of the police. The governments and people must have access of 24X7 video of the police stations so that the lost/losing faith in justice and nationalism may be restored and stopped for prosperity.

Our City S.P, Patna, Mr. Jayant Kant has the system which records the meeting between the City S.P, Patna and the justice seekers.

I, therefore, appeal you to make a law/rule necessitating the video recording of all the police stations so that the actual magnitude of apathy at police stations may be recorded for further amendments in the system. The meeting of complainants and recording officer (Munshi and S-I and SHO) at all the police stations must be video recorded.

Visitors' register in police stations

To,
The DGP, Bihar
Date:-21 July 2014
Subject:-Regarding P.S COMPULSORY VISITORS’ REGISTER at all police stations
Sir,
Many cases sure to turn ugly in future are ignored at police station. Especially the cases related to land dispute, love affairs and eve-teasing etc. The police stations just shrug off such cases hoping to get solved by the elapse of time but that is not a rule. When the matters take ugly turn, the police stations are heard saying that there is no prior information regarding the case. The police stations say so because there is no mechanism at the police stations to compulsorily record the entry of complaints and visitors. The police stations hardly register the cases immediately according to law or duty.
The maintenance of P.S COMPULSORY VISITORS’ REGISTER would solve the problem arising out of so called ignorance of the police stations. As I have ferociously advocated for the installation of CCTV at all police stations getting actualized, the coordination between CCTV footage and the compulsory entry of visitors in P.S COMPULSORY VISITORS’ REGISTER solve many cases at the budding stage. This is extremely cost effective method to detect and prevent potential crimes.
I, therefore, appeal you to order the maintenance of P.S COMPULSORY VISITORS’ REGISTER to be digitized subsequently.

Prostution legalization

To,
The Chief Minister, Bihar
Date-05 November 2014
Subject-Regarding the legalization of prostitution in Bihar
Sir,
Many developed countries, cities and towns have legalized prostitution. We cannot call the people and administration of those places insane. This is not something related to society and fashion rather it is related to biology, a natural phenomenon. The place where the prostitution has been legalized is a better managed in sexual violence and acceptance than the places where the prostitution is a stigma. Where there is license for wine, there is less cases of wine related crime, same way where there is legal prostitution, there is less sex related violence. People happen to encash or exploit women many folds and many inhuman and immoral ways similar to that of prostitution. This is very daunting task to talk about the legalization of prostitution, one may damage ones career and social status but we need strong leader like Nitish Kumar who enlarged the licensing of alcoholism across the state.
The prostitution is spread all over the state but only few tricky and musclemen are misusing it. If there is secret voting in survey regarding the legalization of prostitution, the hypocrites would be exposed. Every ninety nine person is hypocrite.
I, therefore, appeal you to dare and start the debate on prostitution and its implementation.

STF abduction like arrest in Bihar

To,
The Honorable Minister,
Ministry of Home Affairs
Honorable Chief Justice of India

Date:-19 August 2013

Subject:-Regarding the lifting of any suspect on the name of investigation by special task force or so in mufti without any intimation.

Sir,
The trend of lifting any suspect by STF or any agency in mufti from any place on the name of investigation without any information to his/her relatives is growing faster. The agency justify it saying that the relatives create ruckus or vandalize the police station at the police station on the information that someone related has been lifted for investigation. To avoid ruckus and vandalizing of the local police station, the agency can send the suspect to a far away police station or higher authority institution.

Even the high-tech/profile criminal are lifted or arrested without any information but soon after the criminals are arrested, it is informed publically.

This trend is not only gross legal, human or fundamental violations, it also offers an invitation and free-willing to the enemies and contract criminals, as, such lifting of suspect or any person is done in mufti without any legal formalities. Such act of agency may force-encourage the contract criminals to develop such act into a business making all the civilized their prey.

The information of such lifting and arrest must be sent to at least one relative so that they may be well informed and exercise various rights provided in the constitution.

I, therefore, appeal you to order the reinstatement of guidelines regarding such arrest or lifting of anybody or revisit the hyper-sensitive issue.

I attach one paper clip citing such arrest and lifting of person on the name of investigation.

Supreme Court bench in Bihar

To,
The Prime Minister, India
The Chief Minister, Bihar

Date:-05 August 2013

Subject:-Regarding the creation of one Supreme Court Bench in Bihar and other states.

Sir,

We always talk of justice to every citizen of the country. Many facilities and support have also been offered to helpless who are not able to afford the fee of the court and lawyers yet many necessities to approach Supreme Court and put their cases strongly are unaddressed viz the cost of reaching national capital and staying there, opportunities of consulting their well wishers and expert in decision making etc.

Getting willful justice has become the order for the wealthy people as the poor and illiterate are very far from putting their cases practically as a result of their helpless conditions.

There are many cases where the illiterate and helpless have had to buy injustice due to lack of easy access, information and resources. Above all what use the Supreme Court is if it is not easily accessible to the remote area and last person of the country.

The impression about Supreme Court appears such that it is financed by high profile persons like MPs, MLAs, film stars like Sanjay Dutt, Slaman Khan, corporate like Anil and Mukesh Ambani and many alike. The Supreme Court for illiterate and helpless is like a fairy world.

I, therefore, strongly appeal you order the creation of a Supreme Court bench in Bihar and other states to uphold the slogan “Justice for all is one”.

संघीय असभ्यता को समाप्त करने की दिशा में पहला कदम !!

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan (PMO Portal 2-1-15)
Date:-02 January 2015
Subject:-Abolition of state governments
Sir,
India is known by the policy & performance of central govt not by state govts. The introduction of NITI Commission’s empowered states to claim their shares accordingly. NIA & NDRF are doing well across nation for law & order. Renovated DARPG website has provisioned for public grievances of states. Most regional parties/state govts work as outfit creating impediments for the national policy and its implementation defaming country. Thus states assemblies sound redundant & may be abolished/replaced.
