Sir,

Many 10+2 students are promised false high-profile facilities including required approval to the engineering, medical and management school and colleges outside states by admission consultant but almost all proved fiasco once students get trapped in the net of consultant representing the college and university. Patna, Bihar is like a cattle fair for admission consultant and students between February and August. Many consultants disappear and run away with the hard-earned money and opportune career of the students and parents and many forced the students in dilemmatic situations after admission outside Bihar. I have one student who was arranged the admission in a college but sooner it was known that the college does not have permanent faculties and only temporary arrangements of teachers were made. When he requested for the withdrawal of admission the college simply replied that no money shall be refunded out of Rs.56000/- as the money has been distributed. So much so he was forced to remain in college by seizing their original testimonials. On his insistence, the college agreed to return the testimonials but asked him to talk to admission consultant for money but the admission consultant remained evasive.

I, therefore, appeal you to order immediate verification of the identity, address proof and bank account of the members of the admission consultant to protect Bihari students falling prey to academic pimps. I also appeal you to ask the entire operating admission consultant in Patna, Bihar to be listed online with the district administration.

The hopes had reached almost death that missionaries would treat the citizens of our country as Indian. The missionaries call the shots in Indian administration. They do not disclose the in/out flow of the currency between India and other countries. Their nefarious activities coincidentally come into light when disastrous incidents happen viz terrorist activities, religious conversion, sex racket, extortion of money on the name of better education, healthcare and other so called social work. Even the administration rues being henpecked of unreasonable privileges. The RTI was supposed to expose them but they were given shields against RTI by power, popularity and wealth-licking politicians.

I, therefore, appeal you to order the formation a short time-bond committee to scan loopholes, the missionaries enjoy taking shameless advantages of.

It is ridiculous to have Muslim Personal Laws and others in a country whose well being depends on the collective population and responsibility as a whole Our constitution is supreme in our country but Muslim have their own ways of being governed by private constitution ie Muslim Personal Laws They refer to the constitution and cleverly and personally interpret that they have the right to enact, amend and practice which hinders the implementation of the government policy Citing the Muslim practice, they always insult the appeal of the government to control the population in the interest of the nation They also relate the polygamy to Muslim practice which creates anarchy in the society and law There are many such unfounded beliefs they practice under the pretext of Islamic rules and Muslim personal Laws I, therefore, appeal you to have one India and one constitution and allow some privileges to Muslim and others on scientific grounds and not on unreasonability

Humbly we want to say that law and order problem in our country is growing proportionately to the population which has almost gone beyond the comprehension and control of the law enforcement agencies across the nation. Effort is always made to check law and order problem through public and police and administrative interaction resulting unsubstantially.

The problem does not lie with the kind of efforts being made to check law and order problem, the problem is with the primary and secondary education which keeps the generation uninformed to what they encounter and interact throughout the life. If the generation is educated and trained about day to day benefits of law and repercussion of its violation, our country would have a huge brigade of law abiding citizens who would not only think and work in the interest of social but also national security.

I, therefore, appeal you to consider making law education compulsory in primary or secondary education of all the boards across the nation.

Nothing is as worst as gang-rape in the society. The rape, its nature and reasons can be debated but gang-rape can’t be debated. There needs a law to provide ad hoc job to gang-rape victim and ensure bobbitizing or sterilization of gang-rapist compulsorily under fast-track court. Delay to make such law is of course a democratic-parliamentary abuse to woman on daily basis. I, therefore, appeal you to order the making of such law at the earliest, if need be, make me a scapegoat for this law.

First you then P.M, India then others appear to be committed to ensure the overall development of female but the girl’s hostels in Patna appear to be committed to the genetic & academic destruction of the female. The girl’s hostels are well known for providing poor ambience for lodging and substandard fooding for girls & forcible closure of girl’s hostel for long during Durga Puja, Chhat Puja & Christmas even during university & Board exam etc leading the girls to sickness, weakness & academic backwardness compulsory for overall development of dream nation.

Almost all the girls face such nightmarish condition but fail to express fearing further victimization & backwardness both by hostel & family. Most hostel owners happen to be female yet damaging their gender for short-term gain. It appears that the owners are mixed gender.

I, therefore, appeal you to arrange the formation of flying-Squad consisting experts, policewomen and third eye (camera) to raid the hostels regularly on a confidential tip-off either by post or other communication consisting pictures of lodging and fooding by mobiles phones. I also appeal you to order the printing of police contacts on the brochures & reception of hostels & start the practice of blacklisting hostels with the credentials of owners to avoid repeat.
