Subject:-Regarding human rights violation by private schools

Sir,

Almost all the schools in Patna have rescheduled the class time from as early as 6 am or early which force the schools vans to pick the children at as early as 4:45 am which is a brazen violation of human rights to peaceful and adequate sleep. Reckless schools have done so misinterpreting the order of the district administration in view of the scorching heat and some have done so to run two shifts in schools.

It not only violates the human right to adequate and peaceful sleep of children but also parents as the parents have got to wake up at as early as four O’clock to prepare the children for school.

I, therefore, appeal you to order immediate actions against schools running in two shifts causing human rights violations of children as well as parents and also order action against schools to run schools unnecessarily from too early morning failing which you may please recommend the de-affiliation of school and cancellation of permission to run school from next academic year with official warning just now.

Subject:-Regarding defamation of India by cooking report on religious freedom

Sir,

A report was cooked and presented on religious freedom & atrocities on minorities by USCIRF which is nothing but malicious attempts to defame our country. The fact is this that minorities have shamelessly and maliciously encroached upon the freedom, harmony and integrity of the majority and the country. USCIRF prepares and presents the report without respecting basic criteria of conducting investigation involving and listening to both the so called victim and so called perpetrators.

There are points which apparently indict the USCIRF containing exclusively non-Hindu members cooking the report and maintaining silence on required steps to be recommended by USCIRF itself;

1.      Ensure the induction of majority members from India in USCIRF preparing any such repot

2.      Ensure International ban on the religious conversion of the people ruing poverty/poor economic condition

3.      Ensure the ban on religious conversion of de facto minority (non-Muslim and Christian)

4.      Ensure the ban on religious conversion by member/relative of government and its authority

5.      Ensure the establishment of a complaint cell by USCIRF to receive the complaints of excesses by so called minority community.

6.      Ensure many honest steps to be able to release any report on religious freedom

I, therefore, appeal you to recall the report till the implementation of at least aforesaid proposal and then apprise the report to India to avoid any backlash on so called report/rumor.

Subject:-Regarding monetary fine and moral punishment to uncivilized & inhuman country Pakistan

Sir,

Infamous country Pakistan has officially sent ready-to-eat beef to Nepal in the guise of relief materials for the earthquake victims across Nepal. Nepal is internationally known to be a Hindu Nation staying away from beef yet Pakistan committed the sin of sending beef. It is more than a human rights violation as the Nepalese have been somehow forced to eat beef. The relief materials have been pouring into Nepal from across the world and the same is welcome in Nepal but Pakistan has officially shown its dirty blood by sending beef to struggling Nepal

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure the ban on Pakistan from sending any relief material to non-Muslim countries in future in case of any tragedy and also ensure apology from Pakistan with heavy monetary fine. In case the IHRC fails or feels helpless to act against the violations, please surrender all the powers of IHRC to take any action against any countries sending pork to Pakistan as relief material in case of pending tragedy in Pakistan.

जय जवान बिना किसान

सेवा में,

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री, हिंदुस्तान ।

विषय:-किसानों को सरकारी कर्मचारी घोषित कर सैनिकों के समकक्ष वेतनमान व अन्य सुविधा देने हेतु ।

जय जवान ! जय किसान ! जय विज्ञान का नारा मात्र एक ढोंग लगता था और ढोंग लगता है क्योंकि जवान, किसान और विज्ञान के साथ एक जैसा व्यवहार नहीं कर किसान के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार किया जाता रहा है । सरकारों द्वारा किसानों के साथ जवानों जैसा व्यवहार करना और सुविधा देना तो दूर उल्टे किसानों का शोषण और उन्हें गुमराह किया जाता है इसका प्रमाण यह है कि सरकारें किसानों की तुलना जवानों से करती है लेकिन किसानों को ना तो जवानों जैसा वेतन देती है ना उनके बच्चों को शिक्षित करने की व्यवस्था करती है, ना चिकित्सा सुविधा देती है ना उनके आश्रितों को किसी प्रकार की राहत या सुविधा देती है और ना हीं जवानों जैसा सम्मान देती है ।

केवल पूर्व की सरकारें हीं नहीं बल्कि वर्तमान सरकारें भी किसानों को उपेक्षित रखना चाहती है और उनके अस्तित्वा को मिटाना चाहती है इसलिए वर्तमान सरकारें किसानों को लौलीपॉपनुमा सुविधा देने का ड्रामा करती है और अधिग्रहण व अन्य लौलीपॉपनुमा सुविधा के नाम पर किसानों के अस्तित्व का संकट पैदा करती है ।

ऐसे माहौल में सरकारों को चाहिए कि जय जवान, जय किसान के नारा में से किसान को हटा फेंकें या सरकारों को जवानों के समकक्ष वेतनमान के साथ जवानों को मिलने वाले अन्य सुविधाओं के साथ सम्मान दे अन्यथा देश के सभी लोगों को उधयोगों में बनने वाले कल पुर्जे या वस्तुओं के साथ सरकारों द्वारा नीतियाँ लिखित कागजों को खाने की आदत डालनी चाहिए क्योंकि किसान नहीं रहेंगे तो खाने की वस्तु कौन देगा ।

अतः मेरा सिर्फ गंभीर निति निर्धारकों से निवेदन है कि किसानों को जवानों के समतुल्य वेतन के साथ अन्य सभी सुविधा देने का प्रावधान अविलम्ब बनाया और लागु किया जाए ।

Subject:-Regarding helplessness to stop routine encroachment and jam on way to Civil Court, Patna

Honorable Sirs,

Patna High Court appears to be honorable as there is total ban on encroachment, road jam, dustbin, noise etc around it but Patna Civil Court no way seems to be honorable as there is dustbin, encroachment, blatant and challenging routine road jam on way to court. The routine blatant and challenging road jam spares only some honorable judges of Patna Civil Court and jail inmates to some extent as there is exclusive entry for them but thousand of needy hang in routine blatant and challenging jam caused by St. Joseph Convent School close to Patna Civil Court resulting in cancellation of bail, delayed appearance in court inviting wrath of honorable judges, loosing points (position) in their cases in court and many more.

The authorities are helpless to take any action against the school for creating traffic mess on way to Patna Civil Court.

I, therefore, appeal you to order an inquiry into the complaint by those officers whose kin and kith are not the inmate of the said school. If need, please import honest and dutiful authorities from other states to free honorable court of such blatant and challenging routine jam by transport ferrying school children or find some alternatives. I also appeal you to nail the authority for allowing such traffic mess under frivolous pretext for considerable period.

Subject:-Regarding swift actions against Patna Municipal Corporation for pressing people into service violating human rights.
Sir,
Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna Bihar has been pressing the people directly or indirectly into sanitation job ignoring and violating human rights grossly as the sanitation job involves lots of health risks leading to fatality. The PMC overlooks the entry of people into human-deep drain for cleaning the drain without any hand-gloves, mask and other safety measures despite the fact that there is a mchine to clean such drain.
The picture attached is enough to prove the violations.
I, therefore, appeal you to order instant actions as the same has been repeating in state capital let alone rest of the parts of Bihar.
