Subject:-Regarding the most inhuman and chilling incident in India so far heard in Syria

His Excellency,

Two brothers were bathed in acid and the third brother was killed for being a witness in Siwan, Bihar, India. I feel to say that the incident happened in India not in Syria. The justice in the matter has been unduly lingering for years resulting in casualties.

I, therefore, appeal and pray you to ensure justice without human evidence based on scientific investigation including Narco-Test, Polygraphic Test, Spectrography Test and Lie Detector Test in stipulated short time. The case is so high profile that it is expected to slow down the judicial process as it appears through the development in the case so far.

Despite the fact that the matter is sub-judice, I appeal you to interfere just to expedite the impartial justice in short time with scientific investigation.

There are instances (attached) of justice where witnesses have turned hostile.

The apex court has banned the publication of pictures of persons except the CJI, PM and the President, India but the daily Hindi “Amar Ujala, Varanshi, UP appears smarter than the Supreme Court. Apparently, the news paper,  Amar Ujala has cleverly and cunningly published the picture of UP CM, Akhilesh Yadav with the advertisement. It appears that the news paper is checking the reaction of the authorities to prepare itself to practice the same during ensuing election in Uttar Pradesh to glamorize the leaders.

I, therefore, appeal you to do the needful.

The proposed DHARMA-SANSAD must be a combination of representatives of all the religions through election. The SANSAD must be empowered like parliament to function on religious matters.

Subject:-Regarding detoxification of Hindutwa from RSS & Co.

Sir,

In contemporary politics nobody and nothing can be ruled out, so we must keep ourselves ever-ready for any odd and awkward situation emerging unexpectedly.

The RSS and Co. is said to be the bastion of Hindu not because they have been officially appointed to be so but simply because of some work to galvanize the mass Hindu population.

The dialogue and gesture of RSS and Co. is such that it self-appoints the bastion of Hindu whereas the fact remains the same that Hindu can’t be appeased against the minorities constitutionally.

The RSS and Co. succeeds in war against non-Hindutwa not because it does something substantially, it is rather so because others are not cleaver enough to talk and work humanly, socially, morally and legally.

What Janta Dal United leaders in government of Bihar need to do is to talk humanly, socially, morally and legally by targeting the unlawful freewheeling of both Hindu and minorities socially, religiously, morally, naturally and legally.

Major national concerns against minorities are skyrocketing population, legally conflicting practices of polygamy, noisy religious practices against apex court order, illegal and unreasonable exemption from financial transaction, RTI and immoral and biased subsidies and concession and promotion on mere religious grounds.  

The leaders of Janta Dal United in government of Bihar need to detoxify RSS and Co. by lawfully adopting the following;

1.     Reservation and privileges everywhere to those having maximum two children.

2.     Reservation and privileges everywhere to those having only one wife.

3.     Reservation, privileges and monetary fund to every temple, mosque and church abstaining noise in the backdrop of the apex court order and other unlawful practices

4.     Withdrawal or ceasing of monetary government grants to the mosque, church, temple and institutions concealing the financial in & outputs.

5.     Bringing all kinds of institutions, temple and mosque under RTI

The aforesaid lawful steps would not dilute the faith of minorities, at the same time, the aforesaid steps shall storm the fort of RSS and Co. reducing to the level of political parties surviving politically and not religiously.

Your lawful and reasonable decision in aforesaid matter shan’t boomerang as you are a proven personality for doing things reasonably and lawfully.  

I, therefore, appeal you to have second views on my plea and do the needful.

Ban on alcohol is the undying foundation of dream development in Bihar which missed the agenda of even BJP in recently concluded election. However, the BJP has partially compensated the missing poll agenda to ban alcohol by vehemently supporting the ban on alcohol adventured by Sri Nitish Kumar.
The ban on alcohol is estimated to distance the four thousand crore rupees revenue inevitably retarding the development in many areas in Bihar.
Your serious and honest concerns for the rapid and overall betterment of Bihar shall never deny special fund to compensate huge loss to the exchequer incurred due to ban on alcohol in Bihar.
The significance of ban on alcohol can’t be ruled out as the ban on alcohol is going to end two core hindrances, unhealthy and insensible minds behind the backwardness of the state.
It might be difficult for the center to compensate total loss to the exchequer, Bihar incurred due to ban on alcohol. However, major part of monetary loss due to ban on alcohol must be compensated setting aside personal and political vendetta as it in the interest of the mass and not an individual.
The immediate allocation of special fund to compensate the huge loss to exchequer of Bihar due to ban on alcohol would independently add to your internationally known skill for over all development and praise for over all development.
Your party shall also be appreciated for contributing to the development of Bihar followed by ban on alcohol as your party has appreciated and supported the ban.
I am requesting for the fund to compensate the monetary loss because the ban on alcohol is also one of my dream semi-political agenda widely circulated on facebook on 7-3-2015 pre 2015 Assembly Election.

In Syria, the innocent people are taken hostage broad day light, the hostage is filmed and tele/broadcast across the world intimating the world leaders and authorities and the hostage is roasted, beheaded, shot, bombed or done anything as promised by ISIS. The world leaders and authorities are helpless and watch the hostage’s fate helplessly.  

One businessman, Harishankar Singh was kidnapped on 15 November 2015 from Siwan, Bihar. The matter came to the sound knowledge of the district, state and national dispensation but the hostage was brutally killed and the killing became known after nine days on 25-11-15. The abduction and killing by known and relatives can’t be justified in a constitutionally rich country.

I, therefore, appeal you to look into my appeal to the PMO vide- PMOPG/E/2015/0156018 dated 18-11-2015 and the CMO, Bihar vide- BPGRS complaint number-99999-1811150121 dated 18-11-2015 regarding the creation of Control-Room (abduction) state and nationwide and the engagement of the head of the state or the head of the police in the cases of abduction.

The helplessness and non-technicality of the investigating agency and police result into despair leaving all law-abiding citizens and authorities disappointed and frustrated.

I had recently requested the honorable Chief Minister vide-BPGRS complaint number-99999-2411150100 dated 24-11-2015 and BPGRS complaint number-99999-2511150104 dated 25-11-2015 to ensure fair investigation into two cases of criminal allegations and counter-allegations by two MLAs and two police personnels scientifically but is inconclusive yet sending negative message against the bastion, Sri Nitish Kumar, of good governance.

I, therefore, appeal you to compulsorily ensure the availability of a full-proof unit of scientific investigation (Spectrography, Lie-detecting, Polygraphic and Narco-Test) at the cost of central government to help the good governance flying high in Bihar.

We need a couple more bills which necessitate the compulsory scientific investigation and speedy trial of the cases in courts as the big hands of law fall short in the absence and inadequacy of evidence and witnesses manipulated, hostaged, threatened, destroyed and killed by influential and resourceful figures of the society delaying and frustrating the justice to the people who hopelessly resort to breaking laws and aligning with the criminal outfits.

The introduction of such laws shall vehemently be opposed as such laws would land many in jail because the crime and violations of laws are rampant across Bihar. To dilute the strong opposition to the said laws, the old cases of crime and violations may be exempted from the paws of new said laws.

The stronger chemistry of caste and strongmanship in Bihar is to stay long, hence the laws necessitating compulsory speedy trial and scientific investigation would change the complex Bihar.

The proposal and enactment of the said laws can also be proposed to the central government by state to show India a vision of developed India de facto.

I, therefore, appeal you to consider my appeal with cool and calm.

Subject:-Regarding accommodation of Bihar Chief Minister, Sri Nitish Kumar in NITI AAYOG, India

Sir,

Fact or myth in consideration, Bihar Chief Minister Mr. Nitish Kumar has been undisputedly awarded the certificate to have been the person of development in a financially starving state of Bihar. If dropped the political vindictiveness, the man deserves higher berth than the berth in NITI AAYOG but his accommodation in NITI AAYOG would guaranteedly prove to be a boon at least for the recommendation of the policy for the financially starving states across India.

There has been a culture in our country that the member in opposition has been honored to be representative of the ruling faction. One such example is of former Prime Minister, Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee during the Congress dispensation.

I, therefore, appeal you to pause politically and consider Bihar Chief Minister Mr. Nitish Kumar accommodating in NITI AAYOG even exemplary.

Subject:-Regarding necessitating LIE-DETECTING, POLYGRAPHIC TEST and NARCO TEST on payment to prove innocence

Sirs,

As an existing social being and a social reformer, I am the eye and soul witness of many false court and police cases where the accused-victims keep crying foul, swearing by their loved ones and willing to pay anything to prove their innocence timely before the authorities from top to bottom but all in vain. The institution, the court of justice, where little is heard is always late and costs the prestige, money, career and life of the innocent.

The pseudo-complainant never accepts nor offers any scientific method to prove truthful to the manipulated accusations but the victims of pseudo-accusations are always ready to undergo any scientific test to prove their innocence risking the reputation, money, career and life which is ignored insensitively, tactically, racially, regionally, bureaucratically, socially or illegally.

The theme of our justice system is to free hundred criminals to save single innocent but it applies only on VVIP and not on cattle class de facto.

Our country doesn’t rule out the fact that the lives of innocent are destroyed through immatured, unfair and delayed justice.

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure necessitating the scientific test including LIE-DETECTING, POLYGRAPHIC or NARCO TEST at least on the request and demand of pseudo-accusations victims against the payment incurred on such test.
