Subject: - Regarding the promotion and introduction of more sophisticated scientific investigation to deliver equal justice to all regardless of caste and creed.

Sir,

I heartily wish you the Prime Minister-ship shortly but I also wish you to promote and introduce more sophisticated scientific investigation to facilitate equal justice to all the sections of the society regardless of caste and creed, rich and poor to dispel the casteism and racism to pave the way for equal participation of all the sections of the society contributing to the nationally exceptional development in Bihar to blackmail the people of the nation to guarantee your prime minister-ship against all dreaming and mushrooming leaders to race for the Prime Minister-ship.

Without sophisticated scientific investigation for equal justice to all and sundry, we will have to depend on caste, creed, wealthy and influential person for justice retarding the natural and obvious development of the society. We also need to promote or introduce the scientific method of investigation because the enlightened person like you is not physically immortal but the existence of society is immortal recalling your godly deed in the form of equal justice for all.

Above all, you are the Prime Minister in waiting. When you move to Delhi, you will obviously have the whole country to look after. Your love and affection for Bihar shall naturally be shared by other states, somehow allowing the state Bihar to suffer further in the absence of independent of ever faulty human justice delivery system.

I, therefore, appeal you to consider my appeal without giving me any credit at all.
