Subject:-Regarding the creation of High Court Bench in
Darbhanga, Bihar
Sir,
I am compelled to state that the people from north
Bihar are not getting higher justice normally. The justice from High Court is a
dream comes true for them as they are very far and cut off from the Patna High
Court. Most of the justice seekers from north Bihar are penniless and helpless
to approach Patna High Court for justice as a result the justice is denied to
them. It has always been the endeavor and commitment of our government to
provide development with justice to the last person of the state. In existing
judicial scenario in Bihar, it can easily be noticed that at least, the people
from Bihar need a High Court Bench in Darbhanga or neighboring districts.
I, therefore, appeal you to justify this demand as
part of your commitment and order speedy work.
