बैंकों द्वारा धोखाधड़ी और दादागिरी !!

Subject: - Regarding bridle on the freewheeling of banks dealing loans
Sir,
Respectfully I state that banks habitually commit the heinous crimes of harassing the loan-seekers, especially education loans, through multiple ways to tire the loan-seekers to go to private moneylenders for money at exorbitant or fancy interest. There is one lady; Mrs. Rita Kumari (Mobile number 9525995273) has suffered extreme torture at couple of banks in State Capital of Bihar, Patna. The UCO bank at Digha, Patna tortured the lady for over four months who gave up the idea of taking education loan for her daughter studying engineering in West Bengal. The Manager of the UCO bank, Digha, Patna, after months of loan processing and total verification of entire requirements for loan, momentarily and shockingly told the lady, Mrs. Rita Kumari that he has been kicked out so the new manager will look into the loan application afresh. On the other hand, the career of her daughter pursuing second semester of engineering was at stake. Hoping fair dealing, the lady approached Canara bank, & Digha, Patna where the same process was adopted by bank for multiple verification of the entire requirements for nearly four and at last, the bank asked the lady to produce the receipt of thirty seven thousand rupees yearly insurance payment to get education loan.  The lady visited the loan fair at District Board, Patna on 25 January 2016 and met the officials of Canara bank there who told the lady that tenants are not given loans, at this the lady got infuriated and moved to apprise the District Magistrate, Patna of freewheeling of bank, then the officials of the Canara bank assured the sanction of loan instantly without any insurance premium and other rubbish formalities. This is all happening because no record of loan application form, step wise processing is officially maintained by any bank. The loan-seeker is no not given any proof of loan processing from beginning till the abrupt culling of the loan process.
I, therefore, appeal you to ensure the online processing of loan especially education loan as the students are believed to be tech-savvy or ensure the introduction of a mechanism to process loan on record and also take stern actions against bank for harassing the lady.
