Subject:-Regarding the extension of Patna airport to the northern side of its encroachment

Sir,

Patna airport direly needs extension which is well under way but the complete extension is reportedly not underway. The complete northern side of the airport has perhaps been excluded unnecessarily from the extension plan which shall warrant further extension and sterilization in near future from the point of VVIP and aeronautical security and infrastructure. From the VVIP and aeronautical security point of view the close area of the airport must not be inhabited and needlessly crowded which is shockingly noticeable close to the northern side of the airport. The said area is sure to witness heavy turnout of visitors and residents as there are places and spots including swimming pool and other such amenities to be visited continuously and frequently.

I, therefore, appeal you to review the extension plan of the Patna airport with a view to aeronautical and VVIP security.
