DNAR MULTINATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED bearing CIN Number-U51909DL2013PTC257314, RoC Code-RoC-Delhi is operating in Bihar and offering Multi Level Marketing offering one thousand rupees for linking three members each. The facilities are online education materials, free hotel stay, discounted shopping etc against a down payment of Rs.-7499/-. Its network members approached me & few others to join but are absconding for promised verification however, they are available on mobile with a fourth date for the production of documents authorizing it to do the said business by Ministry of Corporate, Govt of India. The people or members form the company having following mobile numbers-9308088680, 9334886960, 7050210713, 8409122159.

I, therefore, appeal you to verify the current said business (Multi Level marketing) and ban or allow it further.

Most of the scams related to public money in various department of central/state govt. are hushed up by cheaper-level inquiry of states under the federal shield banning immediate interference of central agency. The public money is looted & digested between the jurisdiction wrangling of center & states. I, therefore, appeal you to provision compulsory CBI investigation into such scams. If such provisions take longer, order at least Joint Assembly Committee consisting public to inquire into scams.

I wrote one letter regarding the abduction of one person in India comparing to the abduction in Iraq & Syria vide complaint Number-DARPG/E/2015/00911 & PRSEC/E/2015/00723 which was acted upon instantly & the hostage was released the same day but this appears to be a trade here.

I, therefore, appeal you to issue lasting guideline for the recovery of hostage time bound followed by speedy trial & extreme punishment to prevent the spread of any sort of abduction in our homes and family living & travelling far away.

Subject:-Regarding the formation of Flying Squad to flash-inspect the girl’s hostel in Patna

Sir,

First you then P.M, India then others appear to be committed to ensure the overall development of female but the girl’s hostels in Patna appear to be committed to the genetic & academic destruction of the female. The girl’s hostels are well known for providing poor ambience for lodging and substandard fooding for girls & forcible closure of girl’s hostel for long during Durga Puja, Chhat Puja & Christmas even during university & Board exam etc leading the girls to sickness, weakness & academic backwardness compulsory for overall development of dream nation.

Almost all the girls face such nightmarish condition but fail to express fearing further victimization & backwardness both by hostel & family. Most hostel owners happen to be female yet damaging their gender for short-term gain. It appears that the owners are mixed gender.

I, therefore, appeal you to arrange the formation of flying-Squad consisting experts, policewomen and third eye (camera) to raid the hostels regularly on a confidential tip-off either by post or other communication consisting pictures of lodging and fooding by mobiles phones. I also appeal you to order the printing of police contacts on the brochures & reception of hostels & start the practice of blacklisting hostels with the credentials of owners to avoid repeat.

Patna HC has termed many state officials duffers as they don’t know the culture of development due to sourcefull selection, appointment and promotion repaying till job which is incompatible with national progress. Bank Business Speed

Subject:-Functioning of State Bank of India like State Bank of Taliban

Sir,

I am fed up of complaining about various basic facilities at State Bank of India, East Boring Canal Road, Patna (06551).

The bank did not have facility for elderly people to sit, when I complained, sitting facility was arranged.

The bank did not have token machine for queuing the customer, when I complained it was installed

The bank never had staffs at all its counters, when I complained, all the counters had staffs.

But now the token machine is dysfunctional. Green channel counters are not working; one or two counters are always staff-less. All the customers including elderly and physically challenged have got to stand in queue for hours for their turn. There is no cash deposit machine, there is no mechanism to inform the customer via sms about their turn of business. There is no helpline (Mobile or landline) number to inform or provide information to the people about their turn.

The bank appears to be worse-maintained just like a butcher house. The people have got to waste whole day wasting valuable time for even minor business.

Please ensure that the service is maintained without complaints. Please order the creation of public information system to let the people know about the absence, delay and timing of services

Police Diary on Time

Subject:-Regarding the time-bond submission of case diary and completion of inquiry

Sirs,

Duly I wish to remind you that limitless time for submission of case diary by the Investigating Police Officer give them an opportunity to be corrupt. They demand and fix the huge amount of money for the submission of case diary. They do not take the order of the court respectfully to submit the case diary to grant/reject the bail for the accused despite frequent reminders. The court especially lower court also appear to be helpless in pressing for the submission of the case diary timely which emboldens the  IO of the case to brazenly extort as much money as they desire from the needy for the submission of the case diary. The act of the IO in causing delay in bail is a multiple violations or infringement of justice or process to seek justice. Such act and delay in submission of case diary by IO of the cases undermines the authority and prudence of the court to grant bail.

There is one law that the bail is auto-granted if the charge-sheet is not submitted in court within ninety days. There ought to be a rule to submit the case diary by the IO of the case within nine days failing which the case should be considered frivolous and the accused be granted/rejected bail on the basis of available FIR.

The aforesaid practices are the best examples of legal corruption and bribery.

I, therefore, appeal you to revisit the existing faulty practices.
