Bihar Public Service Commission &
Bihar Staff Selection Commission rightly mean for BIHAR POLITICAL SERVICE
COMMISSION & BIHAR SOURCEFULL SELECTION COMMISSION which are
responsible for backwardness of the state. Patna HC has termed many state
officials duffers as they don’t know the culture of development due to sourcefull
selection, appointment and promotion repaying till job which is incompatible
with national progress. Plz order the merger of duo with UPSC with due interest
& purposes of Bihar.
