People are fed up with justice delivery system be it a worst degree of crime viz murder, abduction, gang-rape, acid attack & many more. Speedy trial & scientific investigation is ordered if crimes touch the big gun or their near-dear. Constitution doesn’t use word man & animal for human being, why justice delivery system differentiates & treats human being man & animal by denying speedy justice to mass. Plz necessitate speedy trial & scientific investigation of at least for worst degree of crime

Lenovo India failed to repair laptop within warranty. Consumer court, Patna hasn’t moved an inch a year. Laptop is only means to try to get grievances of people & nation redressed & addressed at cost of my kid’s school fee but LENOVO ignores it rather mocks me referring lazy consumer court. I’ve shown LENOVO my national accomplishment as social reformer but all in vain. So I appeal you to order fine & ban on Lenovo to infringe consumers’ rights. Subject:-Regarding leading the abduction rescue operation by DGP or Chief Ministers of other states.

Sirs,

A Jordanian pilot was abducted and burnt alive in cage by ISIS which the Jordanian President took to heart and decided to be the part/lead offensive against ISIS. This shows that the president cares and shares his citizen’s values. The same offense, abducted gruesome killing, is justified in Bihar, India under the pretext of petty, irrational and inhuman grounds. This is surely going to extend to the CM, PM or President sooner or later. Abduction is daily news; one more has been abducted in Jamui, Bihar, India.

I, therefore, appeal you to press the CM, DGP into abduction-rescue operation & ensure that Bihar, India become a zero-abduction state & country.

Subject:-Regarding the part assignment to jobless to help maintain law and order and provide inputs about brazen violations of laws.

Sir,

The police-public ratio is imbalanced in our state and country and the senior police officers’ appeal to involve common man in maintaining maximum law and order necessitates the formation MDS/VDS (Mohalla/Village Defence Committee) inducting youths having the potentiality to frighten, rather, awaken the brazen wrongdoers and offenders about legal consequences. The youths must be given responsibility to intimate police of petty crimes and others to and materialize them which engages skilled police force unwarranted. The youths must be given conditional powers inviting monetary fine and legal action resulting failures to abide by the conditions laid by police.

The fair volunteer should be awarded a certificate giving priority in the tender of any government schemes or job.

Subject:-Regarding immediate inclusion of Chief Secretaries of states into Central Information Commission

Sir,

Central government means the country has the right to seek update on any issues from states via Chief Secretaries & so why can’t the people from any part of India seek information directly about state affairs via Chief Secretaries. It is imperative because the Chief Secretaries and others inordinately delay the information forcing the RTI applicant to take refuge under SICs which appears to be refugee itself as they are not provided resources and lakhs of RTI appeal is pending there. The state affairs don’t remain confined to states, it also adds negative & positive repute to the nation & helps national NGOs & institutions prepare data on various issues for needful recommendations.

I, therefore, don’t ADVICE rather demand you to consider the inclusion of Chief Secretaries of the states into Central Information Commission and order its implementation soon.
