Sir,
People are fed up
with justice delivery system be it a worst degree of crime viz murder, abduction,
gang-rape, acid attack & many more. Speedy trial & scientific
investigation is ordered if crimes touch the big gun or their near-dear. Constitution
doesn’t use word man & animal for human being, why justice delivery system
differentiates & treats human being man & animal by denying speedy
justice to mass. Plz necessitate speedy trial & scientific investigation of
at least for worst degree of crime
