Subject:-Regarding compulsory sign/mark/color on the nameplate and directory of professionals viz doctor, engineer, academicians and others under quota.

Their Honor Sir,

With due respect, I wish to highlight the need for a mark/sign/color of nameplate and directory of professionals viz doctor, academician and engineer and others under quota because they are the person to safeguard and define the lives and career of the people.

The way we can’t force the exponent of reservation to get medically treated by doctors out of caste quota and caste reservation, the right to choice must extend to the common man to have the choice of professionals for service regarding lives and career.

The aforesaid right to choice of professionals for service is not possible unless and until the reservation status of the professionals is compulsorily and publically displayed on the nameplates or directory.

I have suffered the brunt of doctors out of caste reservation or caste quota. My nine year old son was running high fever and I took him to the esteemed Patna High Court Hospital, thinking that there must be quality. The doctor prescribed few medicines which lasted for three to four days; the high fever was as usual. After five days of treatment, the doctor prescribed Urine culture test which I prepared for but before that I happened to consult one Doctor who did not even touch the prescription of Patna High Court Hospital and prescribed medicine for three days but the medicine cured my son only after single dose of medicine in a day.

I was shocked to learn unreliably that the doctor at Patna High Court Hospital was the product of caste quota and caste reservation.

I, therefore, appeal you to take the matter seriously and ensure provisions to put a mark/sign/color on the name plates and directory of professionals and allow the citizens to exercise right to choice of professionals concerning lives and career.

I attach the prescription of both the doctors who treated my son.

Respected Sir,

India is the largest democracy in the world on its own despite nefarious overt & covert disturbances from across the world on different inauspicious occasions.

For the first time in the Indian history, the Indians have elected the only much needed Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi who as a very serious student has studied India and world like a course book to crack the nefarious examinations (disturbances) set by some tricky, jealous and hostile countries across the world.

In last one year it has been noticed that there are comments from the Western countries and its sponsored and like-minded organizations regarding the pseudo-helplessness of minority communities in India. The general comments include that the minorities especially Christians are suffocating in India after the election of the rightest Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.

In the follow up, the Western Countries and its sponsored and like-minded organizations, through anti-Indian Administration Comments are inciting the mobilization of most freewheeling and inhuman minority communities to strengthen the voice of anti-Indian Administration as pretext for some vested opportunist countries across the world to unfairly criticize India.

Western Countries and its sponsored and like-minded organizations never make any efforts or comments advocating all-round equality among the native and migrants (minorities), rather the comments are divisive and provocative in nature causing unrest in India ultimately benefiting the invasive and greedy countries and organizations to swoop Indian-ism.

There are native greedier elements in my country who don’t hesitate to succumb to the migrants and invasive minorities’ illegal and inhuman demands and sacrifice even their flesh and nationalism let alone modesty. My country is doing its level best to sterilize such greedy and hybrid elements.

The pseudo, unfaithful and invasive minorities including Christian and Muslims enjoy such bridal & royal status in India that they have started converting Indians into Christians and Muslims. They are intruding and encroaching upon the already wading nationalists against poverty, malnutrition, joblessness, lawlessness and many shortcomings. The minorities have their personal, immoral and impractical laws and ill-practices hallowing India by bearing unexpected number of children, practicing polygamy, indulging in unethical and violating practice toward native religion, culture and the supreme institution, judiciary in India which is not only creating administrative anarchy in the country but also forcing the common, sensible and responsible persons to run short of natural resources for livelihood and lawful living which are not less than a war-like crime inflicted by minorities.

Recently one Muslim leader cum political pimp from Uttar Pradesh, India Azam khan has written you to intervene into the killing of one Muslim for supposedly eating beef or indulging in beef eating in Dadari in Uttar Pradesh, India. The killing is the branch of the plant which invasive and immoral migrants and minority has planted. The cow is a motherly figure in India and the minorities and migrants especially Muslims are all out to kill and eat cows immorally, shamelessly and publically. If the beef is just flesh, why Muslims don’t eat pork which is also just a flesh? Why they don’t eat their own babies (flesh) which they bear in dozens. Eating beef in India is a direct attack on the belief of majority and native of the Indians.

There are hundred such attacks on the religious and legal binding practiced, obeyed and adored by Indians.

I, therefore, appeal you to intervene into the matter on condition that you take serious cognizance of all the violations and disregards by erring minorities and migrants else your frivolous intervention would amount to be playful and opportunist.

US President alerted India against religious division which PM is already practicing needing your stimulus. Religious words reach nadir of misuse during election. I, therefore, appeal you and other capables to ban the words Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Isai, women, various castes etc during election and others & order the replacement of the same by economically, academically, technically, medically & genderly backward class to save our country from devastating division.
This would not only save our country from division on caste and religious lines, it would also make our country world a proven leader in secularism and equality and the divisive elements shall be flushed out from our country.

नौकरी नहीं देना संविधान और देशद्रोह !!

विषय:-सभी को कम से कम वेतन पर और संविदा पर नौकरी देने की अनिवार्यता के सम्बन्ध में ।

महाशय,

निवेदनपूर्वक कहना है कि हमारे अनुभवी और सचेत संविधान ने देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक को कुछ मौलिक अधिकार प्रदान किये हैं लेकिन उस मौलिक अधिकार की प्राप्ति का रास्ता (आर्थिक आवश्यकताएं) कुछ सरकारें बंद कर रखती है जो मौलिक अधिकार के हनन के साथ-साथ संविधान की भी अवहेलना और अपमान हैं । कुछ सरकारें सर्वमान्य संविधान द्वारा प्रदत् मौलिक अधिकार का सम्मान करती है और मौलिक अधिकार के क्रियान्वन के लिए कम से कम बेरोजगारी भत्ता जैसी सुविधा प्रदान करती है तो कुछ सरकारें कम वेतन देकर लोगों को संविदा पर बहाल करती है और मौलिक अधिकार और संविधान का आंशिक रूप से सम्मान करती है । लेकिन हमारे राज्य और देश में मौलिक अधिकार देश की बहुत छोटी आबादी को हीं प्राप्त है जिसका साफ़ मतलब है कि देश में मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन और बेरोजगार-भटके हुए युवाओं द्वारा देशद्रोही, अराजक और आपराधिक घटनाओं के लिए केवल वे लोग दोषी नहीं हैं बल्कि देश और संविधान की सुरक्षा में लगी राज्य और देश की सरकारें हीं मुख्य रूप से दोषी है । देश के नागरिकों को मौलिक अधिकार और उसकी पूर्ति के उपायों से वंचित करना केवल देश के संविधान का अवहेलना और अपमान करना हीं नहीं बल्कि देश को चालाकी या अग्यानता पुर्वक गर्त में धकेलने की साजिश और अपराध भी है । सरकारों को ऐसी साजिश और अपराध से बचना चाहिए और अपना भले के साथ देश के नागरिकों की भी चिंता करनी चाहिए ।

अतः श्रीमान् से प्रार्थना है कि देश के हर नागरिक को कम से कम वेतन पर और संविदा पर भी नौकरी दें ताकि देश की जड़ें सकारात्मक रूप से मजबूत हो सकें और दुनिया में देश की सशक्त पहचान बना सकें ।

Subject:-Regarding helplessness of Supreme Court of the land
Sir,
It must be a black day and harbinger of doomsday for the country when the top judiciary has repeatedly been regretting his helplessness to protect the higher judiciary in state. It must be enough for the nation and its people to understand the myth that there is a rule of laws in the country. If the repeated remarks of the honorable Chief Justice, India are understood by mass only once, there would be total chaos in the country and it would not be dissimilar to the chaotic countries in Middle East and eastern countries.
I, therefore, appeal you to constitute one “Rapid Enforcement Force” to immediately implement the order and directions of the Supreme Court at least. I have already written you on your portal dated 28-01-2015 at 10:18 am and to the MHA vide- Complaint Number-MINHA/E/2015/00169 dated 20-1-15 to constitute a RAPID ENFORCEMENT FORCE to implement honorable Supreme Court order.

Subject: - Regarding replacement of petroleum-run transport by e-rickshaw in Loksabha, Rajyasabha and other assemblies across the nation.
Sir,
The government is the veteran lawyer to advocate for pollution free India and world as the rapidly growing pollution has been paralyzing the normal lives of the human being across the globe but the government fails to take the remarkable cognizance of the pollution in its own periphery.
The government must make its institutions exclusively Loksabha, Rajyasabha, President Secretariat and house and assemblies and their peripheries across the nation by replacing petroleum-run transport by e-rickshaw to cut pollution remarkably and become the source of inspiration for other countries, institutions and individuals to replace petroleum-run transport by e-rickshaw maximally.
The government must also ensure the availability of e-rickshaw to like-minded people conveniently.
I, therefore, appeal you to take this advice on priority basis and implement it shortly.
