Abolition of laws of frivolous crimes

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan
Date:-20 January 2015
Subject:-Regarding disposal of frivolous pending cases in court
Sir,
Law Ministry of India has started working on 19-01-2015 to withdraw frivolous cases in court across the country. The idea sounds good but it shall have negative effect as the law breakers get their primary/basic training of committing said frivolous crime to become too big criminals to be handled without huge loss of life, property and resources.
This is very frustrating to the dedicated law enforcement and law-abiding citizens sweating and risking their conveniences, valuable time and safety to nab or help nab the violators of said frivolous crimes.
There must be abolition of laws against such frivolous crimes to prevent the inevitable exploitation and torture by authorities at their discretion.
The move also signifies the discrimination of justice and acquittal for different people involved in said frivolous crimes which is an infringement of one of the fundamental rights to equal justice.
Instead of withdrawing said frivolous cases, there must be speedy trial or disposal of cases on the pattern of Lok Dalat or the cases should be left in hibernation to send clear messages that law has big hands to take its own course sooner or later.
I, therefore, appeal you to consider either abolition of laws for frivolous crimes, speedy trial or disposal of cases on the pattern of Lok Adalat or handling such cases effectively to nip at the budding criminals.

Population encroachment on civil resources

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan

Date:-18 January 2015

Subject:-Regarding the snatching of resources of civilized by allowing dirty population
Sir,
Population control has not been an issue as big as it has been projected by previous governments. Failure to reasonably control population has prompted Polio-affected governments to justify that population bomb can be used against our neighboring enemy countries which is an idea of foolish because we have many countries in the world which have very low population but one person of those countries is equal to thousand foolish. We have been hollowing our country on all fronts with the day dreaming idea of using population against the missiles by our hostile countries during war but we have never looked back and thought that our country is weakening and has become vulnerable to poor health, poor education, poor employment and many more without any war and attacks as it is feared to be possible in case of war.
A law needs to be enacted to offer reservation, job and privileges to only first two children of the parents of all the communities that would allow the government to facilitate quality education and infrastructure to each and every citizen of the country.
I, therefore, appeal you to reject any buckling under pressure to take measures to control population and make our country prosperous de facto to protect our right to resource from dirty population.
This is written in the interest of reviving nationalistic feeling among Indians. ©

Website for anonymous complaint

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan
Date:-18 January 2015
Subject:-Regarding a website to upload unaddressed complaint against crime
Sir,
Many crimes happen publicly which remains unregistered despite ample electronic evidences but police ignore acting as no one turns up to complain due to fear of unlawful elements. Thus conspiracy & lawlessness continues mocking good governance across the nation. A website to register such complaints with ample electronic evidences would prove enough for police to act without suppressing it. So I appeal you to order creation of centralized website for police to act against full proof complaint©

Admission Fee in School

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan

Date:-17 January 2015

Subject:-Regarding brake on missionary school and others

Sir,
Top judiciary & administration have failed to bridle missionary & pvt.schools from extorting under the pretext of admission form, various fees etc. despite the SC declaration that the school is a non-profiting institution. Many missionary schools in Patna have sold thousands of admission forms exorbitantly against 150 seats. Admin is helpless to do anything against missionary schools in Patna. So I appeal you to issue guidelines to the admin across India and Patna to maintain transparency in all.

Clean India Mission

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan
Date:-17 January 2015
Subject:-Regarding the punishment to those opposed to mission CLAEN INDIA by PM.
Sir,
People are enthusiastic & contributing to the biggest mission CLEAN INDIA but some underestimate mission and indulge into messing as a result of anti N. Modi obsession. Creation of provision for punitive laws or record-keeping with the local police for placing the violators in second position in getting job, filing any tender and form/application etc. would relieve from the habitual messing.
So I appeal you to create a stronger law against messing & order authority to prioritize CLEAN INDIA.

High Court Committee on cow-shelter & encroachment

To,
The Honorable Chief Justice, Patna High Court, Patna
Date:-17 January 2015

Subject:-Regarding appointment of a hi-powered committee to monitor the issues viz removal of cow shelter, and encroachment etc.

His honor Sir,
Decade long sincere effort of judiciary has not been able to free Patna satisfactorily from cow-shelter and eye-catching encroachment rather the efforts appear to have immunized violators against the extreme power of judiciary. Even the common men have started raising eye brows on the impact of judicial order, direction and ultimatum regarding such matters as removal of cow-shelter and encroachment. The government appears to be determined to safeguard the cow shelter and encroachment for their personal and political mileage and vendetta. The most respected institution appears be losing sheen before the largely blatant government and administration.
I, therefore, expect and appeal you to appoint hi-powered committee consisting retired judge, honest bureaucrats, apolitical civilian and few others or as you justify from other states also to recommend and monitor the removal of cow shelter and encroachments in the backdrop of judicial direction, order, ultimatum etc. to get the work done and uphold the perception of ever respected judiciary.
I courteously withdraw if otherwise.

Lenovo India Ban-2

To,
The Honorable Minister,
Ministry of Consumers affair Consumer, Govt. of India
Date:-15 January 2015
Subject:- Regarding the ban on Lenovo India for selling substandard product and harassing the customers
Sir,
Lenovo India sells the substandard product which breaks down immediately within the warranty but the company lingers the repairing till the warranty expires just to avoid warranty period service repeatedly. The company delays the service too much and on the request of immediate repairing of the product by the customers, the company simply advice them to buy another product if the customers requests timely repairing and refers urgency. The company indirectly coerces the customers to approach the consumer court with a view to further delay the service as most of the customers don’t prefer legal wrangling which the company take undue advantages of.
I, therefore, appeal you to order the conditional ban on any further operation and sale of products of Lenovo India until all its disputes in consumer court across the country is cleared. Let Lenovo India feel the taste of judiciary as it makes the customers fool and taste the judiciary.
I attach the clips of ban on substandard product of other company and I also attach the legal guidelines.
