Abolition of laws of frivolous crimes

To,
The Prime Minister, Hindustan
Date:-20 January 2015
Subject:-Regarding disposal of frivolous pending cases in court
Sir,
Law Ministry of India has started working on 19-01-2015 to withdraw frivolous cases in court across the country. The idea sounds good but it shall have negative effect as the law breakers get their primary/basic training of committing said frivolous crime to become too big criminals to be handled without huge loss of life, property and resources.
This is very frustrating to the dedicated law enforcement and law-abiding citizens sweating and risking their conveniences, valuable time and safety to nab or help nab the violators of said frivolous crimes.
There must be abolition of laws against such frivolous crimes to prevent the inevitable exploitation and torture by authorities at their discretion.
The move also signifies the discrimination of justice and acquittal for different people involved in said frivolous crimes which is an infringement of one of the fundamental rights to equal justice.
Instead of withdrawing said frivolous cases, there must be speedy trial or disposal of cases on the pattern of Lok Dalat or the cases should be left in hibernation to send clear messages that law has big hands to take its own course sooner or later.
I, therefore, appeal you to consider either abolition of laws for frivolous crimes, speedy trial or disposal of cases on the pattern of Lok Adalat or handling such cases effectively to nip at the budding criminals.
