Lenovo India Ban-2

Subject:- Regarding the ban on Lenovo India for selling substandard product and harassing the customers
Sir,
Lenovo India sells the substandard product which breaks down immediately within the warranty but the company lingers the repairing till the warranty expires just to avoid warranty period service repeatedly. The company delays the service too much and on the request of immediate repairing of the product by the customers, the company simply advice them to buy another product if the customers requests timely repairing and refers urgency. The company indirectly coerces the customers to approach the consumer court with a view to further delay the service as most of the customers don’t prefer legal wrangling which the company take undue advantages of.
I, therefore, appeal you to order the conditional ban on any further operation and sale of products of Lenovo India until all its disputes in consumer court across the country is cleared. Let Lenovo India feel the taste of judiciary as it makes the customers fool and taste the judiciary.
I attach the clips of ban on substandard product of other company and I also attach the legal guidelines.
