Subject:-Regarding the removal of apparently dummy Minister and introduce minimum payment of Rs. one Lakh compensation to the customers receiving empty parcel from online goods sellers

Sir,

At your august advent as Prime Minister of Hindustan a race has begun for the introduction, reforms and addition to the system to deliver the public best but year-old problem of supplying empty parcel to the online customers is rife, rather growing and the Union Minister for Department of Consumers Affairs has been a mute spectators to the routine incidents of delivering empty parcel to the online buyers. It is brazen challenge to the ministry and system of the country but who cares. It appears that the Consumer Department wishes the honorable Prime Minister himself to do all the work of the entire department and ministry. It also appears that he is not interested only in the railway ministry which is said to be lucrative and glamorous.

There was a warning from the honorable Prime Minister that the work of all the ministries and department shall be accessed by the Prime Minister himself but all this appears to have had fallen on deaf ears especially the department of consumer affairs.

My case for a un-entertained laptop at service center has been pending in District Consumer Forum, Patna for over two year despite all and sufficient evidences but I have been receiving date after date due to apathy of the Department of Consumer Affairs as it has done nothing to be translated into reality.

I, therefore, appeal you to instantly issue the direction to the Department of Consumer Affairs to introduce at least one lakh rupees fine as compensation to the online buyers by online supplier.
