Subject:-Regarding extension of Act of Dacoity and more for mob violence with extended imprisonment

Sir,

Bihar is well-known for manipulated mob attacks on all and sundry for political, social, financial, communal, religious, administrative, legal and personal mileage.

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack political rival to withdraw or silence them during election to gain politically.

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack vulnerable and civilized to gain social mileage by forcing them to flatter needlessly.

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack the entrepreneurs under the pretext of short-weight and adulteration to extort money from the entrepreneurs to gain financially.

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob of particular community to attack other caste and community to be communally important and gain communal and religious mileage to exploit the same in all fields.

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack vulnerable, police and administration to secure the release of accused, withdrawal of cases, influencing investigation and averting arrest and further indulging in unlawful activities by gaining police and administratively.  

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack public property and vulnerable to negatively influence the judiciary and legal system delivering justice.   

Unlawful elements incite the people cum mob to attack the vulnerable to further weaken them to be exploited menially or sexually.   

This all can be verified and proved by constituting even low ranking officers.

Unlawful elements have become aware that mob violence is reported and treated casually and childishly in police and judiciary.

I, therefore, appeal you to make all efforts to ensure the application of Act for Dacoity and more and additionally extended imprisonment with non-compoundability of the cases and make Bihar an intellectually and humanly leading state.
