Subject:-Regarding the transfer of CPMG of GPO, Patna into a remote village to be busy in his personal work

Sir,

Our Prime Minister has been working eighteen hours to put the country and its system on track but the Chief Post Master General appears to be superior to our Prime Minister as he pretends to be joblessly preoccupied with work forcing the women, old-aged and career aspirants to stand in queue unnecessarily for hours routinely despite splurge strength of staffs and rich functional infrastructure. All this is happening shamelessly beside the Customer Care Center (shown in picture). Honorable Minister of Post has been working day night to improve the facilities for the customers but he is callously uncared. He doesn’t deserve to be the Chief Post Master General as he has become a cabin CPMG.

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure his transfer in a remote village where he faces joblessness to spend his cozy times in cabin.

I attach the picture of serpentine queue to prove the apathy of the CPMG towards his responsibility.

विषय:-जमीनी विवाद में कागजात के जांच हेतु थाना में कम से कम दो अधिवक्ताओं का पैनल गठन करने के सम्बन्ध में ।

महाशय,

निवेदनपूर्वक कहना है कि बिहार में हो रहे अपराध का बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा जमीन-मकान सम्बन्धी विवाद हीं सामने उभर कर आता है लेकिन किसी ठोस कानून या तात्कालिक निदान के आभाव में केवल आम आदमी हीं नहीं बल्कि उच्च स्तरीय अधिकारी भी प्रताड़ित हो रहे हैं ।

आपके बिहार की राजधानी में एक उद्योग का बहुत ही तेजी से विकास हो रहा है और इस उद्योग की विशेषता यह है कि भू-माफिया और दबंग किसी की जमीन या मकान पर बलपूर्वक या बन्दूक की नोक पर कब्ज़ा कर लेते है और पुलिस-प्रशासन की सक्रियता के उपरांत उनके सामने जमीन या मकान पर दावा सम्बन्धी फर्जी व निराधार कागजात का जाल प्रस्तुत कर देते हैं जिसे समझने के ड्रामा में पुलिस अत्यधिक समय बर्बाद करती है तदानोपरांत भू-माफिया और दबंग को कार्यनीतिक निर्माण या कब्ज़ा में सहयोग करती है और भविष्य में जो थोड़ी बहुत न्याय की आशा रहती है वह कुम्भकरणीय अदालत की भेंट चढ़ जाती है ।

बिहार में और यहाँ की राजनितिक-जातीय-सामाजिक परिवेश में समुचित भूमि-भवन सुधार सम्बन्धी कानून बनाना रेगिस्तान में फसल उगाने के समान प्रतीत होता है ।

अतः आपसे प्रार्थना है कि थाना स्तर पर कम से कम दो पीड़ित द्वारा भूगतानी अधिवक्ताओं के पैनल के गठन का अविलम्ब आदेश दें ताकि त्वरित एवं प्राथमिक स्तर पर भूमि-भवन सम्बन्धी कागजातों की सत्यता जाँची जा सके और पुलिस को त्वरित एवं ठोस करवाई करने में सहयोग किया जा सके ।

जमीन-मकान पर अवैध कब्ज़ा में ठोस करवाई की अति-आवश्यकता !!

विषय:-अवैध और फर्जी कागजात के आधार पर जमीन पर निर्माण और कब्ज़ा सम्बन्धी थाना में व्हाट्सअप के माध्यम से चित्र-सहित-शिकायत पर निर्माण को पुलिस द्वारा निर्माणोंपरांत कथित अवैध और जबरन निर्माण को ढहाने सम्बन्धी धाराओं के अंतर्गत मोकदमा दर्ज करने को अनिवार्य बनाने के सम्बन्ध में ।

महाशय,

निवेदनपूर्वक कहना है कि जमीन के कीमत में तर्कहीन बढोत्तरी के उपरांत जमीन और मकान पर अवैध और जबरन कब्ज़ा सम्बन्धी शिकायतों में लगातार बेतहासा बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है जिस कारण पुलिस और कानून का रास्ता अपनाने वालों को जमीन-मकान पर वैध कब्ज़ा खोने के साथ कई अन्य नुक्सान और अपमान का घूँट पीना पर रहा है जो सुशासन के साथ न्यायिक और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था के लिए शर्म की बात है ।

जमीन-मकान पर फर्जी कागजात के आधार पर, अवैध और जबरन कब्ज़ा के मामले में पुलिस किसी उच्चस्तरीय एवं ठोस दिशा-निर्देश और संसाधन के आभाव में बाहुबली और आपराधिक छवि के लोगों को अप्रत्यक्ष रूप साथ देने के लिए बाध्य होती है और मामले से जुड़े सार्वजनिक अपराध का मूकदर्शक बनी रहती है । अधिकतर मामलों में पुलिस उच्चस्तरीय एवं ठोस दिशा-निर्देश और संसाधन के आभाव की आड़ में निजी स्वार्थ और लाभ भी साधती है जिससे पीड़ित एवं शासन-प्रशासन के साथ न्यायपालिका का अपमान भी नवीकृत हो जाता है ।

ऐसे मामलों में अक्सर पुलिस द्वारा धुर्ततापुर्वक कागज़ी पड़ताल की आड़ में करवाई में विलम्ब किया जाता है जिससे बाहुबली और दबंग छवि के लोगों के द्वारा व्यवहार्य निर्माण संपन्न करा लिया जाता है  

अतः श्रीमान् से प्रार्थना है कि जमीन-मकान पर फर्जी कागजात के आधार पर, अवैध और जबरन निर्माण और कब्ज़ा सम्बन्धी व्हाट्सअप के माध्यम से पुलिस को चित्रसहित शिकायतों पर पुलिस द्वारा निर्माणोंपरांत कथित निर्माण और कब्ज़ा को ढहाने या रिक्त कराने सम्बन्धी धाराओं के अंतर्गत अविलम्ब मोकदमा दर्ज करने को तत्कालीन अनिवार्य बनाने सम्बन्धी आदेश दिए जाएँ ।

बैंकों द्वारा धोखाधड़ी और दादागिरी !!

Subject: - Regarding bridle on the freewheeling of banks dealing loans

Sir,

Respectfully I state that banks habitually commit the heinous crimes of harassing the loan-seekers, especially education loans, through multiple ways to tire the loan-seekers to go to private moneylenders for money at exorbitant or fancy interest. There is one lady; Mrs. Rita Kumari (Mobile number 9525995273) has suffered extreme torture at couple of banks in State Capital of Bihar, Patna. The UCO bank at Digha, Patna tortured the lady for over four months who gave up the idea of taking education loan for her daughter studying engineering in West Bengal. The Manager of the UCO bank, Digha, Patna, after months of loan processing and total verification of entire requirements for loan, momentarily and shockingly told the lady, Mrs. Rita Kumari that he has been kicked out so the new manager will look into the loan application afresh. On the other hand, the career of her daughter pursuing second semester of engineering was at stake. Hoping fair dealing, the lady approached Canara bank, & Digha, Patna where the same process was adopted by bank for multiple verification of the entire requirements for nearly four and at last, the bank asked the lady to produce the receipt of thirty seven thousand rupees yearly insurance payment to get education loan.  The lady visited the loan fair at District Board, Patna on 25 January 2016 and met the officials of Canara bank there who told the lady that tenants are not given loans, at this the lady got infuriated and moved to apprise the District Magistrate, Patna of freewheeling of bank, then the officials of the Canara bank assured the sanction of loan instantly without any insurance premium and other rubbish formalities. This is all happening because no record of loan application form, step wise processing is officially maintained by any bank. The loan-seeker is no not given any proof of loan processing from beginning till the abrupt culling of the loan process.

I, therefore, appeal you to ensure the online processing of loan especially education loan as the students are believed to be tech-savvy or ensure the introduction of a mechanism to process loan on record and also take stern actions against bank for harassing the lady.

बिहार में भू-माफिया की धमक विदेशों तक !!

Subject:-Regarding the deployment of army to clear the land and house grab from the land-mafia in Bihar under the pretext of forged and fabricated title

Sir,

The king and the subjects including victims and perpetrators are unreasonably and genetically related which thwarts the prevalence of law and order in Bihar especially in the case of land and house related issues. Such rapports between king and subjects including victims and perpetrators paralyze the law enforcement to act legally and humanly instantly despite the admission of truthfulness of victims in land and house issues.

You visit many countries and proudly present the copies of holiest epic “GEETAH” to the Presidents and Premiers of almost all the countries but the indigenous institution ISKCON engaged in spreading the exclusive message of GEETAH across the world is a victim of land-mafia due to the rapports between king and the subjects including victims and perpetrators.

ISKCON at Buddha Marg, Patna Bihar has its own land sold by state government itself but due the rapports between king and the subjects including victims and perpetrators, the strategic part of the ISKCON land is in the capture of land-mafia but the laws and law enforcement has been paying the heavy price for the maintenance of rapports between king and the subjects including victims and perpetrators instead of acting swiftly.

There is another such high-profile case registered with PMO vide Complaint Number- PMOPG/E/2015/0189137 and PMOPG/E/2016/0009593 of forged and fabricated land and house titles which is paying the heavy price for the maintenance of rapports between king and the subjects including victims and perpetrators.

I, therefore, appeal you to either seek the lawful and time-bond disposal of the cases or ensure the deployment of army to recapture the land for the victims and save us from the global humiliation for being inefficient to protect sermonizers of GEETAH.

SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION का सही समय !!

Subject:-Regarding the most inhuman and chilling incident in India so far heard in Syria

His Excellency,

Two brothers were bathed in acid and the third brother was killed for being a witness in Siwan, Bihar, India. I feel to say that the incident happened in India not in Syria. The justice in the matter has been unduly lingering for years resulting in casualties.

I, therefore, appeal and pray you to ensure justice without human evidence based on scientific investigation including Narco-Test, Polygraphic Test, Spectrography Test and Lie Detector Test in stipulated short time. The case is so high profile that it is expected to slow down the judicial process as it appears through the development in the case so far.

Despite the fact that the matter is sub-judice, I appeal you to interfere just to expedite the impartial justice in short time with scientific investigation.

There are instances (attached) of justice where witnesses have turned hostile.

The apex court has banned the publication of pictures of persons except the CJI, PM and the President, India but the daily Hindi “Amar Ujala, Varanshi, UP appears smarter than the Supreme Court. Apparently, the news paper,  Amar Ujala has cleverly and cunningly published the picture of UP CM, Akhilesh Yadav with the advertisement. It appears that the news paper is checking the reaction of the authorities to prepare itself to practice the same during ensuing election in Uttar Pradesh to glamorize the leaders.

I, therefore, appeal you to do the needful.
