Subject:-Regarding communal implementation of Supreme Court Order

Sir,

Honorable Supreme Court of India in its order said that there shall be no use of loudspeaker between 10 pm and 6 am. Even out of this time slot, there shall be no blaring by loudspeaker but it has either been misinterpreted by wise state government and administration or the state government and administration rubbish the honorable courts’ order as the administration has banned the use of loudspeaker between 10 pm and 6 am in the temple of Lord Shiva at Pahalwan Ghat, Duzra under Buddha Colony Police Station, Patna for many years. It has also banned the blaring of loudspeaker out of 10 to 6 time slot in the temple. The administration firmly ensures the ban on loudspeaker even during the holiest festivals viz Dussehara, Chhat Puja etc. The administration allows the use of loudspeaker for just couple of hours between 10 to 6am time slot on second day of Chhat Puja for administrative announcement only whereas the same administration in the same area daren’t object the wild volume of loudspeaker between 10 pm and 6 am in the mosque let alone in day time. The administration also daren’t object the use of wild volume of loudspeaker every thirty minutes between 10 pm and 6 am during Ramzan festival since midnight. Unabated use of blaring by loudspeaker has been crippling many patients, old aged and new-born living nearby which is a brazen and administrative human rights violations.

The top cop also daren’t stop the wild volume and use loudspeaker in sensitive Kotwali Police Station, Patna round the clock.

I, therefore, appeal you to order immediate action against those implementing the honorable Supreme Court Orders communally and ensure the secular implementation of court order.
