Railway Ticket Booking via SMS

Subject:-Unavailable tickets force passengers to travel without ticket falling prey to authorized extortionists of Railway.

Sir,

I had to go to Barauni in Bihar from Patna. My train was scheduled at 14:10 hours on 23 January 2013. I settled in queue at around 13:00 Hours. The ticket counters were so overcrowded that it 14:30 and when I reached the platform to board the train I found that the train had left. With many others passengers missed their trains as they got the tickets later than train schedule.

I, therefore appeal you to take the matter seriously and make some arrangement including booking of general ticket through SMS or whatever you think suitable.
