जनप्रतिनिधि सुधार का सपना साकार !

To,
The Honorable President, India
The Honorable Chief Justice, India
Date:-25 February 2015
Subject:-Regarding work attendance of Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, ministers and others
Sirs,
CJI happens to be the highest post in India yet it is bound by working conditions laid but the heads and representatives in legislative houses and governments appear to be under no obligation to be dedicated and regular in their respective offices for which they take oath and get the salary. Above mentioned employees carelessly roam here and there participating in rallies, dharna, yatra, janta darbar and what not despite the fact that they have office, departments and officers to report everything and execute any orders across their domain. The governments and representatives in legislative houses organize rally or campaign politically absenting their duties in respective offices without refraining from salary. According to labor laws, they have holidays on Sundays and other national holidays, they can take casual or other leave with information in advance but they consider themselves the kings of the constitutions.

I had written to the Loksabha Speaker, Honorable Supreme Court of India via-
speakerloksabha@sansad.nic.in & supremecourt@nic.in dated 15-9-2011 regarding ban on MPs participating in comedy shows and reality shows on TV which resulted black out of MPs from small screen. The Mps were also doing so in violation of their duties.
I, therefore, pray you to order ensuring the installation of biometric attendance device in PMO, CMOs and legislative houses to calculate salary deduction and dereliction and also ensure that they ensure actions on public grievances by concerned officers and avoid encroaching upon the domain of officers meant for. I also appeal you to conditionally allow janta darbar only to punish the officers who fail to logically dispose the grievances of the people and define various stints of above mentioned people in larger and real public interest.
Copy to other honorable Recipients concerned.
Highest Regards

To,
The Honorable Chief Justice,
Supreme Court, India
Date:-15 September 2011
Subject:- Disqualification of MPs hosting/participating in reality show, Kaun Banega Cororepati on Mahua TV and films.

His honor Sir,
Humbly I want to state that MPs and MLAs rue a lot of time crunch to visit their constituency and address the grievances of the people, on the other hand they are seen spending hours on a regular basis hosting TV show and films and other such irrelevant shows in public. It appears to be blatant violation of norms of holding one post at a time directly and also a violation of representation Act.
The MPs are Sri Shatrughan Prasad Sinha and Navjot Singh Siddhu, Hema Malini, Smriti Irani, Raj Babbar and Dharmendra are currently hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati & others on Mahua TV & others.
I, therefore, appeal you to take exemplary action to fix the responsibility in the larger interest of public

Subject:-Regarding disqualification of MPs and MLAs participating/hosting reality shows on TV or other such entertaining shows in public.
His honor Sir,

I had written one letter (attached) to you and all other concerned on 15 September 2011 appealing to ban the participation of MPs and MLAs participating in TV reality/entertainment shows as it amounts to breach of commitments to the people of their respective constituencies as well as constitution and personal dignity of the honorable members of the various houses which showed little decline in the trend. Now a Days Honorable Member of Parliament, Sri Navjot Singh Siddhu is apparent in “Comedy Nite with Kapil” on COLORS TV. The MPs and MLAs always rue the scarcity of time to meet their electors on the grounds of busy schedule of meeting and house proceedings. Such act perhaps amounts to be a case of multiple profits also.
I, therefore, appeal your honor to issue strict guidelines in this regard.
