Sub Capital of India

To,
The Prime Minister, India
The Chief Minister, Bihar

Date:-05 August 2013

Subject:-Regarding the formation of Sub-Capital of India in states turn-wise.

Sir,

Many of the states appear to be neglected. The Center seems to be strongly connected to some states only viz Maharashtra, Karnatka, Tamilnadu, aPndhra Pradesh and few others. This attitude and manifestation, sympathy and support of the central government further discourage the languishing states. The will power of the states weakens to take initiatives for faster development. The function of the central government distances itself from the states of the nation which is not good sign for a federal country

The shift of the biggest institution like national capital is not possible but the formation of Sub Capital in languishing states randomly for a few years time would bind the center and states strongly. The formation of National Sub Capital would automatically enhance the infrastructure and strengthen the bond between state and national capital. If the bond between state and center is not stronger, the day is not far when the people would start demanding for a separate country for good governance.

I, therefore, appeal you to order the exploration of the feasibility to form the national sub capital in sates on lottery basis for few years.
