Subject:-Regarding Lenovo India taking undue advantage of consumer court loopholes, Patna

Sir,

Lenovo India failed to repair laptop within warranty. Consumer court, Patna hasn’t moved an inch a year. Laptop is only means to try to get grievances of people & nation redressed & addressed at cost my kid’s school fee but LENOVO ignores it rather he mocks me referring lazy consumer court. I’ve shown LENOVO my national accomplishment as social reformer but all in vain. So I appeal you to order fine & ban on Lenovo to infringe consumers’ rights. Copy+receipt to DARPG vide Reg-DARPG/E/2015/00298.
