Cables on road leads to FIR

To,
The District Magistrate, Patna
Date:-23 October 2014
Subject:-Regarding the registration of FIR against those leaving the power or network wire/cable on the roads.
Sir,
There are many places in Patna where abandoned wire/cable can be seen for the day immemorial causing/risking fatal accident involving the irreparable loss of life and property. The loss due to power/network cable is not owned by anyone, even the police don’t look for those who leave the wire abandoned in full knowledge as the disruption of power supply or signal supply is well-known to the operator/owner who repair/replace the wire/cable to restore supply but leave the wire/cable there forever.
I, therefore, appeal you to order strict police and legal action as deterrent for operator/owner of wire/cable, thus saving the losses including life and property.
