Subject:-Regarding the acquisition of various PUJA committee on the patterns of temples

Sir,

Nobody disagrees that like temples in past various PUJA committees are platforms to accumulate unaccounted but disputed wealth under the pretext of Puja for many years for personal finance and glorification. There are many PUJA committees where there works a kingdom i.e. one influential/muscleman or his near and dear is holding the post of the President and the Treasures for over a decade amassing huge amount of wealth off-subscription receipt also. Since the matter is related to religion but related to pseudo-religious persons, the administration and Income Tax Department has reservation in taking needful and lawful action.

I, therefore, appeal you to advice the NYAS Board Chairman Sri Kishore Kunal to undertake the PUJA committees like Dak Bangla, Patna Durga Puja Committee, Patna Station, Durga Puja committee, Boring Road Crossing, Patna Durga Puja Committee, Boring Road, Patna Puja Committee and many more in Bihar on the pattern of temples in state. I also appeal you to request Income Tax Department to raid the committees and regulate the economy of Puja Committees to maintain economic order leading to zero economic offence.
