To,
The honorable Chief Justice,
Supreme Court of India (supremecourt@nic.in)
Date:-21 March 2012
Subject:-Irrational Judgment by Patna high Court, Patna.
His honor Sir,
Very obediently I state that the state government banned the
construction of apartments at the bank of river Ganga in Patna. The matter
reached the High Court, Patna. The court ordered that the construction should
go on the part of builders’ responsibility. That is the builders would be
responsible in case of any tragedy due to malconstruction of the apartments.
Does it mean that the builder would fix the rate of human lives lost in tragedy
due to malconstruction of the apartment? Human lives should not be dependent on
the discretion of the builders whose priorities are just to make money.
I, therefore, appeal you to take up the matter and justify
or unjustify the decision to handle human lives.
I attach the copy paper cutting of the order.
Copy forwarded to all other
honorable recipients;

To,
The Chief Minister,
Bihar
Date:-21 March 2012
Subject:-Inhuman
judgment of the Patna High Court.
Honorable Sir,
High Court, Patna
has left the safety of lives of innocent people in the hand of builders. The
court also suggests that there can be replacement of human lives in the form of
money and sympathy.
I, therefore, appeal
you to file review in Patna high Court or appeal the judgment in Supreme Court
asking at least for a court appointed committee to fix the rate for human lives
in case of any tragedy due to malconstruction of the apartments in Patna beside
the river Ganga.
The possible tragedy
would not spare the government as it is directly responsible to the people. The
government would need to explain why it did not come up with human solution.
I attach the paper
cutting of the order.
